Refuoehape Khasake is a Mosotho entrepreneur, digital commerce builder, and the Founder & CEO of QuickSolutions Media Group — Lesotho's first full-stack commerce company.
While platforms like Jumia, Amazon and Takealot built for Nigeria and South Africa, Refuoehape chose to build for his own country first. A platform that speaks Sesotho, accepts M-Pesa and EcoCash, and delivers in Maseru today.
Partner With Refuoehape →Refuoehape Khasake is the Founder and CEO of QuickSolutions Media Group, headquartered in Maseru, Lesotho. He is building what global tech giants failed to build for Lesotho: a commerce ecosystem that understands Basotho.
His journey started with a simple observation: Thousands of Basotho sellers at Maseru Market and Pioneer Mall had great products — Seshoeshoe, phones, furniture — but no way to sell online. The internet was in English, payments needed Visa cards, and delivery didn't exist for Lesotho. He decided to fix that.
Digitize 1,000 Basotho businesses and create Lesotho's own digital economy.
Refuoehape believes technology should adapt to Basotho, not Basotho to technology. That is why every product under QuickSolutions is WhatsApp-first, M-Pesa-first, and Sesotho-first. If a grandmother in Lithoteng can use it on WhatsApp, then it works.
Under Refuoehape's leadership, QuickSolutions Media has grown from a small agency into a group of three interconnected companies:
1. QuickSolutions Media (The Agency) — We Build.
Lesotho's branding and digital marketing agency focused on businesses that want to look professional and local. From Seshoeshoe sellers in Lithoteng to phone shops at Pioneer Mall, the agency helps Basotho brands look trusted online. Services include poster design, social media management, logo and brand identity, and website development.
2. QuickSolutions Media Marketplace — We Sell.
Lesotho's WhatsApp-first marketplace. A platform where Basotho can buy and sell Seshoeshoe, smartphones, furniture and everyday essentials. Buyers pay with M-Pesa or EcoCash and receive same-day delivery in Maseru. No bank cards. No English required. Slogan: Reka ka M-Pesa, Fumana Lapeng.
3. QuickReach — We Reach.
The distribution engine that no other agency in Lesotho has. A private network of over 10,000+ active buyers reached through WhatsApp Status, Facebook Groups, and taxi networks. QuickReach allows a product to reach Maseru in under 1 hour — not likes, but real buyers.
The Flywheel: A client comes to the Agency to build their brand, lists products on the Marketplace to sell, and uses QuickReach to reach customers instantly. Brand → Shop → Reach. No other company in Lesotho does all three.
Refuoehape is focused on practical impact: helping local sellers who previously waited weeks to sell one Seshoeshoe to now sell 3 in 2 days, helping phone shops get customers from WhatsApp not just walk-ins, and creating digital jobs for Basotho youth who manage sellers and deliveries.
