Terms & Conditions

Welcome to QuickSolutions Media. We are Lesotho's mobile-first agency based in Maseru. We run: 1) Agency Services (Web, SEO, Branding, Business Registration), 2) QuickReach (real engagement platform), 3) Marketplace (Engage3.php). These terms protect both you and us.

1. QuickReach - For Earners (You want to earn M2.50-M15)

• Screenshot Proof Only: No screenshot = No payment. We manually verify every proof.
• Minimum Withdrawal: M50 minimum. Below M50 you cannot withdraw.
• Payout Time: M-Pesa / EcoCash within 24 hours after approval, Monday-Saturday 08:00-20:00.
• Fake Proof = Ban: If you upload fake/edited screenshot, you are banned with no payment. No appeal.
• One Account Only: One person = One account. Multiple accounts = All banned.
• Rewards Can Change: M2.50-M15 per task can change based on advertiser budget. We will notify in app.
• 24h WhatsApp Status: For WhatsApp tasks, you must keep status for full 24h. Deleting early = No pay.

2. QuickReach - For Advertisers (You pay for reach)

• Real People, Not Bots: We deliver real Basotho engagement, but we cannot guarantee 100 likes = 100 sales. We sell reach, not sales.
• M300 = 100 Real People: Price starts from M300. Once task is live, no refund even if you delete post.
• We Can Reject Ads: We reject scams, adult content, political hate, or illegal products.
• Screenshot Delays: Earners submit proof within 24h. Full delivery takes 1-3 days.

3. Marketplace (Engage3.php) - For Sellers & Buyers

• Seller Responsibility: You must deliver what you posted. Price, location (e.g. Pioneer Mall, Ha Abia) must be true.
• No Fake Products: No fake iPhones, stolen goods, or illegal items. We will remove and ban you.
• We Can Remove Any Post: We can remove any product without notice if it breaks rules.
• Buyer Beware: Buyer must verify product before paying M-Pesa. We are not liable for fraud between buyer and seller.
• Fees: Posting is currently free. In future we may charge M10-M30 listing fee. We will notify 7 days before.
• Hashtags & Virality: When you post with #tags, you agree your product may be featured on Trending, QuickReach, and our Facebook pages to make it viral.

4. Agency Services - Web, SEO, Logo, Business Registration

• 50% Deposit: All projects start after 50% upfront payment via M-Pesa / EcoCash / EFT. Deposit is non-refundable.
• Revisions: 2 free revisions included. Extra revision = M200 per revision.
• Delivery Time: Website 7-14 days after all content received. Delays caused by client (no logo, no content) are not our fault.
• No Refund After Work Started: Once we start design/code, no refund. We will deliver as agreed.
• Hosting & Domain: Not included unless stated. Client pays yearly renewal.
• Business Registration: We help with paperwork, but final approval is by OBFC Lesotho / Government. We don't guarantee timeline.

5. Payments & M-Pesa

• All prices in Lesotho Loti (M) - 1:1 with ZAR.
• We accept M-Pesa, EcoCash, EFT, and Cash (Maseru only).
• Proof of payment must be sent to +266 51865798 on WhatsApp.
• Overdue invoices after 7 days attract 10% fee.

6. Refunds

• Agency: No refund after work started. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, 50% refund.
• QuickReach Advertisers: No refund once task is live.
• Marketplace: Refunds are between buyer and seller. We don't handle refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickSolutions Media (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for loss of profit, data loss, or M-Pesa fraud between users. Our max liability is the amount you paid us in last 30 days. We are not responsible for third-party content posted by users.

8. Privacy

• We collect name, phone, email to provide services. We don't sell your data.
• Phone numbers used for QuickReach may be seen by advertisers as screenshot proof.
• We use cookies to improve site speed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of Lesotho. Any dispute will be handled in courts of Maseru, Lesotho. Contact us first — we solve 99% issues on WhatsApp within 24h.
